Our Story

Built on a Belief That Every Person Deserves to Thrive

Harmony Care LLC was founded with a singular purpose: to provide differently abled individuals with the high-quality, compassionate care they deserve — on their own terms, in their own communities.

Based in Clackamas County, Oregon, we are a licensed provider contracted with ODDS (Oregon Department of Developmental Disabilities Services) to deliver person-centered, trauma-responsive services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We believe independence is not a destination — it is a daily practice. Our role is to walk alongside the people we serve, providing the right support at the right time, so they can live the lives they choose.

Our Team

Compassionate Professionals, Dedicated to Your Loved One

Our team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and care coordinators are carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and deeply committed to the people they serve. Every team member completes comprehensive training in trauma-responsive care, mandatory abuse reporting, CPR, First Aid, and individual-specific supports.

Rigorous Hiring Standards

Background checks, reference verification, and values-based interviews for every team member.

Ongoing Training

Minimum 12 hours of continuing education annually, plus individual-specific training for each client served.
